Crackkart.com deals exclusively in digital software license products, including license keys, activation codes, and subscription-based digital products. No physical products are shipped.
No Return / No Refund / No Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital products, once a license key or activation code has been delivered to the customer’s registered email address or through digital means, the product is considered delivered, consumed, and non-returnable.
Accordingly, Crackkart.com follows a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy after successful delivery of the product.
License Activation Responsibility
All software license codes, license keys, and subscription products purchased from Crackkart.com must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Crackkart Infotech Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any issues, failures, losses, deactivation, or expiration arising due to delayed activation beyond the stipulated period. No replacement, refund, or support shall be provided in such cases.
Cases Where Refund May Be Processed
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment deducted but order not processed.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Order cancelled by Crackkart due to technical or stock issues.
In such cases, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Incorrect Purchase
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, version, edition, device requirements, and system configuration before purchasing. Crackkart.com shall not be responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer and no refund or exchange shall be provided in such cases.
Third-Party Software Responsibility
Software products sold on Crackkart.com are governed by the respective software publisher’s terms and license agreements. Crackkart.com acts only as a reseller or distributor and does not control activation policies, expiry rules, or vendor licensing terms.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
