Digital Delivery

Delivery is generally completed within a few minutes to a few hours after successful payment confirmation.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 working hours due to technical or verification issues.
Certain software products may require prior end-user information or verification before license issuance.
In such cases, delivery may take an additional 7–8 working days.

Physical Product Delivery (On Request Only)

Crackkart.com may provide physical software packs, boxes, or media only when a customer explicitly requests physical delivery at the time of purchase or through written confirmation.

Physical delivery is available only for prepaid orders. Transportation, courier, and logistics charges shall be borne by the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly specified.

Transportation & Courier Responsibility

Once a physical package is handed over to the courier or transport service provider, Crackkart.com shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, damage, theft, misplacement, or mishandling during transit.

Crackkart.com shall not be responsible for any issues arising due to country-specific restrictions, software publisher policies, regional limitations, export controls, or legal regulations applicable in the customer’s location.

Physical deliveries may be restricted based on destination, courier availability, and local regulations. Any customs duties, import charges, taxes, or clearance fees shall be borne entirely by the customer.
