Installation Steps:
1. Disable User Account Control: Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Change user account control settings, and set the priority to "Never Notify".
2. Install .NET Framework 3.5: Download and install the .NET Framework 3.5.
3. Run Setup: Go to the setup folder, run the setup.exe file, fill in the required information, and complete the setup.
Activation Steps:
1. Launch 4CLipika: Go to the desktop and click on the 4CLipika icon.
2. Enter License Details: Enter the Client Name: "Serial No" and Application Name: "Lipika".
3. Activate License: Click the "Activate" button to activate the license.
De-Activation Steps:
1. Open 4CLipika: Launch the 4CLipika application.
2. Click De-Activate: Click the "De-Activate" button.
3. Enter Serial Number: Enter the same Serial Number used during activation.
